Palm Beach Life Extension (PBLIFEX), Inc. arranges for medical doctors to issue written prescriptions for medically eligible patients based upon their medical history and certain blood tests for testosterone and Human Growth Hormone without the need for the patient to visit the doctor's office. PBLIFEX, Inc. will cause a prescribed drug to be compounded to exact specifications by a licensed compounding pharmacy if a manufactured brand name of the drug is not reasonably available for purchase and dispensing. Requested mail order prescriptions from eligible patients for testosterone and human growth hormone both are prepared by medical doctors in the physician network based upon both a patient's completed medical history form and current laboratory blood test results obtained by drawing the patient's blood at a blood drawing station near patient's residence.
