Hi Ladies,

My wife is interested in a cycle for fat-loss, she is about 5'3 and 155. I have access to anavar, winstrol, and EQ. What kind of cycle can she get using the combination of this three products? She is looking to lean-up and have a toned lean muscle look. She is experinced with working out. She goes to the gym abiout 4xweek She does cardio for 45-minutes and very light wieghts for about 20 minutes, 10-15 minutes on abs
Still it is very hard for her to get a defined lean look. What should her diet consist of? She does have a healty appetite. Need some good dvise please help. The cycle should be for @ least 6-weeks.

the very first thing i'd say would be have her increase the amount of weight she's using. it's impossible to look toned if you don't have any muscle. building a little lean muscle will give her the look she wants and promote a higher metabolism...
beyond that she should be eating 5 or 6 small meals with lean protein and fibrous carbs. (think chicken, fish, broccoli, asparagus, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc) hope that helped!
