Plz help a beginner with Primo
Using my boyfriends login--I'm female, 5-7, 130 lb. I'm not a bodybuilder but a competitive athlete and I need strength, power, and endurance. Do a lot of cardio, started lifting about 8 months ago, good diet but I need a boost.
Have 50mg tabs of Primo from British Dragon. Thought about splitting them in half and taking 25mg every other day. Thoughts from anyone? All info is greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies.
