my girlfriend is getting a boob job and i was wondering what style look like pornstar breasts she wants 500-525 cc but wants them to look awesome please help?

No, it's just the shape of the implant itself. Some are wider and flatter, some are teardrop shaped, some are less wide and fuller to the front (high profile).

500-525 are big. She can get a good idea of how they'll look if she wears a tank top and stuffs them in the bra part over her boobs.

If she wants a more natural feel she should go under the muscle but it will be a painful recovery with such large implants. I think most porn stars go over the muscle, gives that fake look most of them have.

Did your girl have her breast augmentation yet. I can speak from my experience with implants, as I have had 2 augmentations. Both have been over the muscle, as I bodybuild and do not want anything interfering with my muscle development. The first set were Saline and about 450-475cc, pretty good size depending on what you are looking for. I think ou need to take into consideration your body size and what is can actually handle and not looked totally out of poportion. After I started competing and my body fat was at a comtinual low % you could see the ripple effect the saline implants tend to have even when over filled, as mine were. I had them redone, and this time was able to go with the new silicone gel implants, which I think are much nicer, when compairing the two. They aren't hard like saline tend to be and no more ripple effect with low body fat. I went again over the muscle, and got alittle carried away as far as size, 800cc. They are the high profile, but are big. If you want more info I would be glad to give you more just PM me.

I had a boob job about a year and a half ago.....I have 425 cc's and honestly, I think they are too big. High profile usually means more cc's which DEFINITELY means more $$'s haha No question about it. A lot of times people ignore the problem of skin stretching. Everyone's skin is different....mine for instance, really stretched, not in a bad way but you'd never know mine were fake. They are extremely soft too...
well I'm going to try to explain this as best I can, and you girls who have fake boobs might understand more, but I actually want the porn star looking boobs now. After mine dropped they took on a real look and I know most of you think thats what you want, but when you spend $6200(my price) you kinda want people to know you spent some money on your tits. haha I sound crazy I know, but its a personal opinion I guess. Bigdogg I'd suggest that you talk your girlfriend OUT of such a big implant because believe you me, her skin will stretch, but don't worry, the porn star look is still possible with a smaller implant. Hope this helps- can't be more careful with your breasts!

My gf is a fitness competitor. Her implants are saline, under the muscle. I don't know the size or whether they are high profile. However, I highly recommend under the muscle. She has no problems with training. Her boobs are so firm and high that she has no need for bras. I personally prefer the firmness over "natural", but that is a matter of personal preference. There is absolutely no rippling. You can't tell she has been enhanced except to the extent that you really don't see girls as lean as she is with a rack like she has unless they've been enhanced.

Sounds like she had an ideal surgery/experience.

I may be mistaken, but if her implants were under the muscle, the I don't think they are high profile. But my memory may be wrong.

mranak, I'm a 36 DD....There are a lot of things that go along with getting breast implants, especially big ones, that you should worry about. Everything affects how a women reacts to breast implants...age, sun exposure to skin, genetics, etc. When I speak of genetics I mean, coopers ligaments (everyone has them) i unfortunately was not born with preferred ones. The breasts are supported by strands of connective tissues known as suspensory ligaments of the breast (Coopers ligaments). These ligaments support the breast by running between the skin and deep fascia. So what this is saying is, depending on your genetics, no matter how big, how small, how high profile you get your implants, they will still drop greatly and could possibly lose the high profile "porn star" look. But it is understood for obvious reasons that smaller implants won't develop this problem quite a fast being smaller and weighing less...hence my reasoning in wanting smaller implants. Did you go to the UNCW School of Nursing? Or are you just an intelligent person that really did her research prior to getting her implants?

36 DD. lol. I understand if you would have preferred smaller ones, but as a guy I can't help but appreciate that size.

Anyway, good information regarding the ligaments and all. To be honest, I didn't know that stuff still mattered with high profile/in front of the breat implants. I'll have to read more about all that sometime. I don't know why, but I like to understand how things work. Would love to do the med school thing, but I don't know if I can hack it.
