YUP yup... i am a big fan of STICKING TO EXACTLY WHAT IS WORKING!!! So many women and men, feel the need to change up their diets, drugs, training etc like 2 weeks out... Why would you do that if everything is going well?? I understand if you are slacking and crunch time comes in, but get off completely?!?!? that could throw your body into shock, rebound etc... NOT something to chance 2 weeks out... especially if you want to do that show...
Even if you're holding water from the var (which is possible in some women, although not super common) You may want to start cycling your salts... you may need to increase your water consumption!! That is the #1 reason women will hold water!! Your body is not getting enough, so it stores its water... just like the fat concept.. Body is old school lol...
so.. try more water, cycle salts or cut them... and if necessary, you can try an OTC diruetic or worse case scenario (super crunch time) a prescript diruetic...
