Default Best First-Girl Cycle
So My girlfriend is 24 years old, does cardio everyday, bike and running. She want to cut and and build muscle definition. Eats pretty clean. She wants to stay away from injectables. What is a good oral to start and at what dose? Any feedback would be appeciated.

It sounds like she needs to start lifting weights if she wants some muscle definition and cycle will do zip if she doesn't use weights. To add to that hse needs at least a year and a hlf of weight training before using any type of gear
