Beginner please help

Hey everyone, I am brand new to AS I would like to start my first cycle mid april but i am unsure of what type exactly i should use. I am 5'6 and weigh 150lbs. I have an average build right now i have a good amount of muscle but i have gained a lot of fat in the last few months. I want to lose fat and achieve a lean cut look. I am not lookin to gain big mass but definately improve my strength. I think i personally would prefer to go oral and ive been thinking of taking winstrol. I have a concern about the affects on the liver though. What would you suggest to be the best AS for a female beginner and what would you recommend as the best kiver protectant? Ive read that ALA is good. Thanks for your help! Please give me all the suggestions you can- Newbie Jen

most beginners start with anavar which there is tons of information on if you use the search key..

liver: milk thistle aka silymarin helps greatly with liver cleansing...

Hey thanks for your reply i already have my winstrol so im going to give that a go. Im starting in 2 weeks. It was suggested to me that i use testrogain with it to help enhance the effects. It is just difficult getting good accurate information i find for women users there is not very much research or knowledge so i feel like a guinea pig. We will see how the winny goes and i will go from there. Thanks for the tips!!!

yes there is a lack of info for women it seems, good when you can get some from a female that uses, not a guy thats guessing.

How long were you going to use the winny? The milk thistle really works well for the liver.
