Start day one with 10mcg and keep upping it as her tolerance allows to 40mcg 2x daily. Run it for 3 weeks on and two off. ON the 3rd "on" week take benadryl ED to keepo the receptors clrean. It will also aid in sleep. My GF just finished her first 3 weeks using ology's clen.
