Rebeccas new pics from show (non blurry!)
Yeah, I finally got some pics from my show that were not blurry. They still arent the best but I would like any advice from anyone out there that has competed on what you think I look like i need to work on for nationals. For anyone that doesnt remember my last threads from back in September, i placed 4th in my first show ever (the pics with the black backround) and won 3 first place in my second show- masters, open and overall. (the pics with the ads in the backround). I compete in figure and am planning on competing possibly in the pgh show in May but defenetely in the Masters Nationals in July. Any advice good or bad is appreciated, i have no clue what these national competitors are going to look like as far as muscle. By then it will still only be my 3rd show, so its a little scary. Great shots Rebecca. Looking tight and lean. I would also like to see a front shot and a back shot to compare to hip/shoulder ratio, glute/ham tie-in etc if you got em.

i was going to say the same thing. and also - just out of my own personal interest - photos of you not posing (i.e., at the gym, pool, store, walking, etc). haha. from the four pics you posted above (and the previous set), i'm mostly drawn to your calves, glute and face...all are stunning. GREAT JOB!!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. As far as back and front shots, he didnt send me any yet. He sent me a few just to shut me up, im still waiting for the ones from the show i won in Flex, they are supposed to be in there at some point. Im planning on doing the masters nationals in pgh in july. I really need to get my diet going, this past year was the first time i ever did this and i just listened to everyone but i have good genetics. Thats why im looking for some feedback, if i do ever get my hands on any front/back shots ill post them, see what i can do.
