Best Female Magazine

I'll like to give my wife a subscription to a female fitness magazine... but i don't know wich is the best. I'll like to give her a cool informative and magazine, that covers sex, fitness, training, suplements, beauty, etc, don't want to give her cosmopolitan like magazine. I was thinking in Women's health or fitness, but i don't know. Any suggestions?

I like her female diet advice, and my GF thinks of her her like I think of Arnold. I have admiration for a woman who looked like a couch for her whole life, then in her late 40, got in shape.

HERS Muscle and Fitness - I have subscribed before to Women's Health and just found it fluffy after awhile - but the HERS magazine is really good and informative. Enjoy.

All those mags are good for are destroying average womens self confidence. Unless you have the rare woman that may actually use it for motivation.
