Wink Help for my wife

Hi there girls:

My wife has been trainning for 6 months, but she wants to increase her muscle mass cause she is very thin. What should she use? any ideas? Also we would like to know if you have hear of Cardispan (injectable L-Carnitine), and if it really works or have any side effects. For last but not least after almost a year of workout i have notice some stretch marcs in my legs, just below my butt, is there a way to prevent them to spread or "wipe" them out?

ok: first off, post your wife's training schedule and diet. She's probably doing too much cardio and not enough weights. And she's also probably not going heavy or eating enough to counteract her metabolism.
No, i have not heard of injectable l-carnitine, but the oral works fine for me.
Cocoa butter, vitamin e oil and mederma all help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
You can also tell your wife to join and search around; there's a ton of valuable information here!

Injectable L - Carnitine works like a charm. Prefer it much more over the orals in terms of effectivness.
