Default Help needed for girlfriendīs second competition preparation

Hello all!

Sorry about my bad english.

Iīm writing on behalf of my girlfriend. She is going to compete in Figure Fitness Championships in April. This will be her second competition. Her novice competition went well. This time the competition will be harder.

She was thinking about dieting 15 weeks this time and her diet starts in the beginning of January 2005.

She wants to be in her best ever condition. She wants to be hard, full and ripped. And she wants to gain good quality muscle.

She has done one cycle with Winstrol Depot and the gains were quite good. She would like to try Anavar this time. What kind of cycle you would recommend for Anavar. When shoud she stop using Anavar before competition. Would you recommend stacking it with some other steroids. Would you recommend using clen with Anavar?

She is eating clean right now and she is in better condition now than before starting her first diet. She uses recovery drinks, whey protein, maltodextrin (in her recovery drink), l-glutamine, creatine, glucosamine, multivitamins and -minerals and fishoils. What suppelements you recommend for her diet?

Honey, I'd love to help but I do not know anabolics. I'm a natty and while I've done lots of reading, with no personal experience, one of the other ladies will be able to answer this better than I could.

Would it be easier to give advice if Iīd post pictures of my girlfriend? You could see her present condition. Her diet starts about 10 weeks.

i need more info.. pics would be great!
stats: height, current weight & contest goal weight
current bf %

just to answer one of your questions now.. you do NOT stop the var prior to competition.. you run it straight through.. you can stop or taper after the show, but never stop something that your body has been working efficiently on right before the show and throw a monkey in the wrench.. the var will keep her strong and tight..

Thanks for your reply. Iīll send some pics as soon as possible. Weīll measure the current bf % as soon as possible and Iīll post it then.

Some stats:

* height: 5'56 (169,5 cm).
* weight (yesterday morning): 146,25 lbs.
* contest goal weight: ~125 lbs.

She was thinking about stop using var prior to competition because our fitness organization may test any athletes for anabolics/diuretics when the competitor has paid her license! Is there anyway she could beat the possible tests she might get into?

i don't allow my natural competitors to use anabolics...
yes there are ways around the testing... tedious ways, but there are ways...
she would need to be off var for 2 weeks prior to testing to be 100% sure.. some say less time, but why risk winning only to get her title pulled...
tough situation... Mostly the testing is for diruetics... IMO she should be able to run the var straight through.. Get the rules and regulations and find out specifically about the testings!!!

Minimum of 12 weeks for dieting!

Do you need more pictures?

How many weeks would you recommend for dieting now that you have seen these pictures?

She wants to fuller & rounder butt. What would you recommend for that? Squats and leg presses are on her training routine already. Any good specific 'butt exercises'?
