Default t3 and eq HELP

Hi all I'm new here and I have a few questions. Does t3 really work? Also does eq make you gain any weight? As you can tell I'm really needing to lose some weight. I weigh about 120lbs, I'm 5'2 and I'm a 27 year old mother of two. I already started a cycle of eq , I'm in my fourth week now. My t3 hasn't arrived yet but by the end of the week it should be here. I weight train with my husband 3-4 times a week for about an hour. I work out on my treadmill for 20min. at an incline of 4 and my spped ranges from 4mph to 7mph so basically I walk, and jog for about 2 miles. I now this isn't much but i'm a first time exerciser. I'm trying a low carb diet and sticking to it ok but I do cheat now and then. Any suggestion? my goal weght is to be 105-110lbs. Can it be done? Thanks Gals

welcome to the board!! you have came to the right place for advice!!

--lets start with this- put the scale away and start looking in the mirror. i can put another lady right beside you that is 5'2" -120 and you will look nothing alike. body competition has very little to do with the scale.
--next i must ask, with the question you have made here. i really think you need to do some homework on the things your going to put into your body. of coarse you will gain weight on EQ!! of coarse T-3 works!! if your a first time exerciser you should'nt even be touching these things. you could get results from doing anything!! i have a ass load of suggestions, but i don"t know were to start-LOL
--drop the goal weight and pic up and imagine your goal look!! anything can be done if you want it bad enough. you can make it alot easier on yourself though and take the correct steps to get there!!
--last?- how much EQ you taking a week??

Sonis9- Okay so should i stop the eq? I only have been taking about 70mgs a week. I've taken clen before but I never changed my diet or went to the gym so that was a waste! Well I would like to be a size 3 or 5. Right now I'm busting out of my size 5 and I should wear a 7 but I refuse to buy new clothes. I want to look lean not built. Tone is good. By the way my hubby suggested the eq he said it would build muscle but if it makes me gain weight thatis a big phobia for me. Thanks again I'll check back for any more suggestions. Taking eq would then mess with my low carb diet then, sometimes I shouldn't listen to my husband and do my own research My bad! Thanks again Stacie

S- much better i will go with getting to a size 3 again. PUT THE SCALE AWAY!!! BURN IT!!!
--taking the EQ will have nothing to do with what you eat
--BIG ?---how bad do you want to do this????
i can help. if you want to do exactly as i tell you. we will start with no super supplements. what you put in your mouth will get you there!! then we can add things that help us through the sticking points!!

son9- Okay let do it! I want my size 3 back. What does eq do anyway? does it give you muscle? I know I feel stronger at the gym. Anyway just get me into a size 3 and I'll owe you one.

OK-how long have you been training with your husband?? how long you been doing the 20 min. of cardio 4X a week?? what time of the day do you train?
--post your daily diet and what times you eat each meal
don't lie here- it won't help you!! if it is McDonalds then tell me
--EQ helps with protein synthesis. you go to the gym, tear down muscle, eat protein all day long. EQ let your body put that protein to work 2 fold to repair that damaged muscle tissue faster than normal. it doesn't give you muscle, but it helps you repair faster.
--more muscle is good. it will help your metabolism stay burning strong.

Son9- ok I've been training for about5 weeks now and i go on the tredmill 5-6 days a week first thing in the am before i eat for 20 min.
breakfast - 1 cup of coffee and 1 boiled egg
snack- 1-2 low fat string cheese
lunch- 1 can of tuna with olive oil, vinegar
and some homemade hot crushed
red pepper all mixed w/the tuna it
sounds gross but it's good or
grilled chicken breast w/a small salad
or Buger Kings Chicken garden salad
snack- sometimes nothing
dinner- grilled chicken, steak porkchops or
some grilled tuna along w/salad
I'm trying to do my own retarded version of the atkins diet. I do love popcorn and i like to eat it after dinner not all the time and it's always lite popcorn. Sometimes I eat half the bag, I know that's awful!! Oh and I drink about 100-120 oz. of water a day. Ihaven't had mcy D's in a long time. I don't even crave it.

My weight hasn't changed at all it's 120lbs. and I think it's because of the eq, so I 'm stoping that. I have gotten stronger and my arms have a pretty decent muscle. My legs don't really have any muscle tone but they feel tighter but other than that, my butt seems to be bigger and I already have a big one, and I prefer it small or at least smaller. I really need some advice. I wish there was better changes in my body to keep me modivated. I hate being this size I want to smaller!! I'm so frustrated. Thanks a bunch Stacie

here we go--
1-- coffee
1 whole egg, 3 egg whites (any way you like em')
2-- 1/2 cup oatmeal (splenda-cinnimon)
3 oz. turkey or chicken
3-- 5 oz tuna in WATER (made your way)
1 cup green vegge or 2 cups of salad
1 tsp. flax oil or 2 -1000 mg flax tabs
4- 30 grams of whey protein shake in water
5 strawberries
1 tsp flax oil or 2- 1000 mg flax tabs
5- 5oz chicken or fish or pork
2 cups green vegge or 2 1/2 cups salad

**watch the dressing on your salads
**cardio first thing in the am. 5 days a week for 30 min.(bust your ass)
**get some L-carnatine from any health food store
** and the most important thing.....PUT THE SCALE AWAY!!!! i don't want you on it for the next 4 weeks!!!
**do this for 2 weeks and then we will make some changes if needed
