Help!
So, I did research after research, learned the best drug for my first cycle (anavar, as opposed to the winstrol I was advised upon by a guy), and learned proper timing, diet, workout, and dosing.
What I didn't prepare for was the fact that I ended up with D-Bol instead of anavar, unknowingly.
After about 4 weeks, I had gained 30 lbs, and not all of it muscle. I went from a size 6 to a 14.
I'm trying desperately to lose the weight, I have my diet in check, I do plenty of cardio and resistance training. I've lost about 10 pounds in the past 3 months, but it's taking forever, and it's stopped coming off. No matter what I do, I can't lose anymore.
Is there no hope? What should I do?
Someone suggested that winstrol might fix the problem, but I'm EXTREMELY hesitant to do another cycle, as you can imagine. Help? I'm miserable in this body. I feel trapped in someone else's body.

first off im sorry your having such a hard time .how do you know your var was actually dbol ? 30 pounds in 4 weeks is an insane amount of weight gain even on HIGH dose dbol or drol . that makes me suspect that your var/dbol isnt the problem , or at least its not all of the problem . if you have insurance or can afford it i would get bloodwok done and have my thyroid checked and see if there is any other medical reason to cause such weight gain .

but you gained 30 lost 10 so you still have 20 left. how much muscle do you htink you gained? lets say 10 lbs. then you have 10 lbs of unwanted weight. do you see a difference in muscle structure? lay your diet out, height, weight and such, pre and post cycle. that will be helpful

A friend who knows told me that they'd had the company tested and everything the company had was dbol, being labeled as different things.

when you took dbol, what did you notice physically as you started to gain weight? be unbias as you answer, like its fat fat fat. break it down to weeks too. like week 1 such and such
week 2 such and such.
i want to know.

First of all, Im still not too sure that you can be certain you were taking Dbol unless you have it tested yourself. I havent seen anything on any of the boards about there being a problem like this and usually someone will post something to warn people when they get burned. What company is it that you heard that about? If you dont feel comfortable posting would you pm me? Now assuming that it was Dbol, you would have had a lot more water gain which should drop off but I dont know how long post cycle you are. Secondly, 30 lbs sounds like a lot for any cycle for 4 weeks so I too would suspect that there is something else going on with your body if your diet was in check. I havent read your previous posts but what was your diet like while you were on cycle? Sorry for all the questions but Im confused. Chelsea

Just another thought after reading previous posts.... could you have been dieting so much prior to the cycle that your body was in starvation mode and then you started what would normally be an appropriate diet for a cycle and your body just stored everything? I agree with the previous posts that I would get the thyroid checked amongst other things which you should do post cycle anyhow and I bet that will give you some answers. IMO, I wouldnt even consider Winstrol now. YOu need to make sure everything is in check with your hormone levels. Chelsea

chelsea, good questions. i know for sure that dbol cuases a lot of water bloat that eventually leaves. but to hold and extra 20 30 pounds is quite interesting. make sure you test FREE t3 and t4. the TSH is the levels from the pituitary gland no the actual thyroid. i was schooled on that by some bros here. when you et your results let us know. im very interested.

Thanks for all the replies, everyone.
Answers to a few questions:
I had initially gained more like 35-40 pounds, but about 5-10 came off right after I stopped the dbol/anavar.
The company name was ttokyo labs.
I had my thyroid checked a little while after I stopped taking it, but they didn't return an abnormal result, which is weird. I've always suspected a thyroid issue, and I have a lot of the symptoms. My hair falls out in clumps, thankgod a I have really thick hair, and I'm ALWAYS cold. Even when it's hot. I'm lethargic a lot of the time, even though I exercise regularly and get enough sleep. Okay, I don't ALWAYS get enough sleep, but you get me.
I really do an insane amount of cardio, and eat very well. I never even have a cheat day or meal. Once in a while I'll have some sugar free frozen yogurt, but a small portion and very rarely. I do a lot of runnning, and I teach an average of five Spinning classes a week, sometimes as many as eight, never less than four.
Again, I appreciate the help from all of you. I wish to god I could turn the clock back a few months.

Hmm, weight gain, cold, lethargy, hair falling out are symptoms of a hypothyroid. Normal values for TSH do not mean anything. Studies have shown that each woman has to have their TSH, T3 and T4 adjusted to where they feel good and the symptoms resolved. Much the same as with men and testosterone. The T level can be in the normal range, but the guy is tired, lethargic, foggy thinking, etc. Up the T and the symptoms clear up. Many MDs believe if the lab values are in the 'normal' range everything is OK. But we are all individuals! My wife and I dealt with her hypo thyroid and had to find a MD that understood the T4 dose had to be adjusted to how she felt. She is actually using Armour now and not T4. Also, I just reread your last post. Is your body in a conservation mode (or exhaustion)? Looks like you are expending a lot of calories in order to lose the pounds. What is your calorie intake daily? Seems like you are in overdrive. Hope this was of some benefit.

hmmm,,, thats a bit a cardio you do weekly. i would go and get the FREE t3 and t4 checked. and then stress to your reg doc the symptoms your having so you can help aleviate em.
so you have and extra 25-30 still on you.
i was thinking, that freeday is not just to enjoy but to trick or shock the body. that one day or meal per week helps in fat loss from what ive read. thats why i make sure i throw in the freeday, not for mere enjoyment. maybe you should start throwing in some freedays or meals to trick your body. and then keep on going with the clean eating.
i would stay away from sugar free this and that, do to the fact that companies like to substitute glycerol (aka glycerin) for carbs. but glycerol (aka glycerine) is neither a carb nor a protein so it does not have to be on the Nutritional Facts, but packs more calories than both carbs and protein. go low fat instead. just my 2 cents.
anyways keep us updated

yup... last year, TTokyyo were lab tested as dbol... company want under about a year ago due to all the "K" they were distributing.. they are again in production... but i have not seen a recent lab result of their "new" anavar tabs..
sorry to hear about your misfortune... dbol puts on mad weight and as a woman, losing that weight can be very hard to do... your hormones are unbalanced... rebalancing them will take time or possibly a doctors supervision with hormone therapy... IMO, i would let time heal all wounds.. your hormones will rebalance themselves NATURALLY, but it will take time.
IMO, you have 2 option.. seek a doctors supervision and help OR wait it out and keep training and dieting!!!
Good luck girl and keep us posted!!!

absolutely...
you have heard of menapause right... well the lack of estrogen/ imbalance of hormones makes women have hot flashes etc...
the coldness could be due to poor circulation which most women actually suffer from.. Myself included! Many things can mean so many things...
The best bet is NOT to self diagnose.. but to see a doctor, get tested and research, research, research!
