Yep, I would agree, on at least 1 gram per bodypound then simply divide it amongst your 6-8 meals during the day.

One thing I'd like to add cutgirl is to try to get most of your protein through whole foods instead of totally relying on protein shakes for your protein. In my opinion, nothing beats food!
