It would be great if i could get my wife interested in participating on these discussion boards. The time I spend here and other places is one of the main things we continually fight about. Any suggestions?

She thinks weight lifting is useless. No, she's blessed with good genetics and does 30-45 on the threadmill ed. That's about it.
