How do you know if you are in Ketosis????

just get some ketone strips. i think atkins has some ketone strips out. im not sure. but if you go to a specielty health food store they should have some. avoid GNC, this place is a fucking rip off.

I am not doing the atkins diet per say, i am just keeping them lower than normal... what does it mean when people ask if i am on a ckd diet??? that stands for????

in a nutshell ...low carbs for 5 days and refeeds(high carbs) for 2 days


you can also get strips from any drug store....

yes, i know that you are not on it. i was just saying that that particular manufacturer makes ketone stripes and since atkins is america rave right now, i though it might be quite easy for you to get some.

Drug stores and pharmacies have the keytone strips. Ask the pharmacist where they are. You don't need a prescription. You test your urine and the color on the strip will tell you if you're in ketosis or not. I think they're usually used by diabetics.
