Hey there ya'll. I am not only new to this site but new to the aas in general. I guess I am looking for a little advice and was directed here by a friend. I am a 27 year old female. I am 5'4 and 175. I used to be really heavy into lifting till I got mono about a year and a half ago. I was forced to quit all activity. I would like to cut fat and gain back all my muscle mass but since my illness it has been hard to get started. I am on a proper diet (or at least trying to) and back working out again (jsut not as quickly as i would like to be). I have my masters degree in strength and conditioning as well as sports nutrition. I teach people on a daily basis how to work out and how to get motivated (althoguh not so easy to put into action) so I am all set on the lifting aspect of getting back into shape again. I have been on proviron, winstrol(oral) and andriol before but never had much luck. Not to mention i wasn't all too serious about it either. I am very nieve with anabolics because I never know who or what to believe. I have researched into but everything i tend to find is male based. I want to use a stack of some sort to help me jump start my progress, but I am not sure what to use. When I got sick I was 145 and a size 5. i was PURE muscle and loved the look of it. That is my goal again. Can anyone give me some advice on a proper stack to use that would benifit me and my situation? Or any advice at all?

Being female you want to avoid harsh masculizing adrogenic steroids like dbol and tests. Low dosage of var and winny can be used for good growth without masculizing reprocussions. As far as burning fat, you could stack clen(2weeks on/2weeks off alternating with eca 2weeks on/2weeks off). Cytomel can also be added to the mix if you find that your fat loss is not what you are looking to acheive. Add some hard work and proper nutrition and you will be flying.

Question

everything i have read has said to avoid cytomel esp if just begining. also what would you reccomend for a cycle and doses?

Hey Pokkeyy.. welcome to the board!! It is great to have another woman with your "strength and conditioning" background!! i hope to hang around and contribute!!

OK.. girl, i am not going to tell you anything right now that you don't already know!! AAS do not burn fat.. but you knew that already.. secondly, IMO i would really like you to give your body a chance naturally to hit its peak!! you have no idea genetically what you have potential for! it is IMO that a woman should take her body as far as she can go prior to including aas in the mix.. plus like you mentioned before, when you were "on" you slacked.. and aas do not give you the freedom of slacking! ya feel me sister??

i personally feel that you should get back on track and get 100% dedicated prior to starting up a cycle.. get a good fat burner! get your body weight down a bit before you start packing on the muscle.. or else ( and you know this) you are gonna look a bit bulky and that can be very discouraging to someone getting back into the game!! I made the mistake of bulking once while my bodyfat was high.. OMG i did not want to leave my house i felt i looked so huge!! So now when i do decide to pack on some size, i make sure i am lean going into it lol.. much better approach IMO because then the muscle i am putting on is lean muscle and not muscle covered by a damn layer of fat...

so.. if you were my client, my advice would be a good clean high protein, low carb, mod fat diet, a good cardio/weight training program, some good supplements (R-ala, fat burner etc) and give your body a good 3 months to get itself back where it is comfortable being.. then you will still have time to do a summer cutter and look fantastic in a bikini
that is my honest from a woman to woman advice!!

BUT if you are like me, you won't listen to a damn thing i just said and get yourself some clen, T3, anavar and gh lol... i am so damn impatient sometimes... but damn did i look good on that cycle.. can't wait to start back up...
