Default My Wife wants me to ask a LEGS question...

Ladies,
My wife is a short little thing and she is petite, but she is self conscious about her legs. She has good muscle tone, but her legs bulk easy and it throws off her symmetry. She feels like she has "stumpy little legs" and wants to know what exercises she should do to slim her legs down. Should she work legs more/less? Should she squat less? More? Do lunges? Do more cardio? Higher reps? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Higher reps, low weight. Don't do squats every time she does legs, and she may want to stick to machines. Some pilates or yoga classes can help make her muscles look a bit "longer" ....and have her do legs about every 10 days instead of once every 7.
