Fat Burner question?
Hi all , my wife just started training and wants to try a fat burner. My question is which one can she use that won't make her jittery or make her sweat ALL the time, lol...... I have heard of Labrada's Charge and Trim Spa and ECA stack on here but what one would be right for her? She is on a diet and currently training but wants a burst for the weight loss. Thanks a lot.....roy

the whole purpose of a fat burner (ECA) is to help bring up your heart rate allwoing your body to burn more calories, so sweat will definitely be a part of an effective ECA stack....

yes
Correct but what I'm asking is there any ECA which dosen't make you sweat consistantly through out the day or are there ones that are less consistant(powerful) than others? She hates sitting at work and sweating all day when she's not working out, lol...............thanks..........roy

Well, the ephedra based burners are better in my opinion but she probably will find she's "warm" on them. You can get the ephedra free version of Labrada Nutritions Charge. That most likely wouldn't make her sweat as much but she may find she needs to take more of them as opposed to the ephedra based products.

Im with Fyre (lol as usual!) if shes going to want to rid of the sweating she may have to switch to an ephedra free thermogenic, which IMO arent quite as good as the herbals.

You're absolutely right there. I didn't think he mentioned she was breast feeding. If she's breast feeding, she shouldn't be using any thermogenics whatsoever!

She's not breast feeding anymore. He's on formula now. So she's o.k with the ephedra right? She's driving me insane because she was in shape prior to our son but the art of pregnancy made her overweight which made my life hell, lol..... Nah she's just got a pudgy belly hopefully this will help her with the diet.....roy

Yes she should be fine with the ephedrine.
If she's retaining a lot of water from the baby as well, you might want to pick up some dandelion root for her. That will help get rid of the excess water too.

If jitteryness is a problem has she tried the anarchy stack minus the ephedra, or less caffiene. It seems caffiene does more for making me jittery than ephedra.
