Default need advice on winstrol

I am just about to start on winstrol this week and i need a little bit of advice if anyone can give me some on what im suppose to expect. I have been reading about it on the net and some of the side affects say that your voice can go deeper and and you could put on weight and other things too. What i want to do is to tone up in my stomach and legs loose some of my unwanted fat plus i wanted bigger boobs and i was told that this does make them bigger if you train your chest with it, i am 22 yrs old, 5ft 5 and just under 9 stone but i dont eat healthly

Can someone tell me if this is the right thing for me to be taking to get these results

Firstly, welcome to the board.
Well, I would have to say that no, Winny is not the answer for you.
You totally need to start eating right. Are you training right now?
What does you diet and/or training schedule look like?
I'm not quite sure who told you that Winny would give you bigger boobs.....hehhe.....that is unfortunately not one of the side effects.

We also have this great search option on the board here. If you click on search and then type in Winny or Winstrol , you'll get all sorts of thread options to read.

When you're on the search page, there is also a search option, that you can specify which forum to look in. Being as you are female, I would suggest using the Women's Anabolic Forum.
I'm sure you'll find all sorts of helpful information.
Honestly though sweetie, I don't think anabolics is the answer for you. I think you need to get your diet and training in check first before you even think about anabolics.

thanks fyre for the info, i must admit that my diet is quite crap i dont eat any veg or fruit but im gonna start on that. I did start going to the gym with my b/f 2 or 3 times a week then stopped, im starting to go to the gym again and try and get down there about 2 to 3 times a week and do some trainning at home too, so if i start that then would i be ok to take winstrol?????
I really just want to tone up nice

Can you give me an idea of how you would eat in a day and I'll make some changes if need be.
it's far too early for you to be even thinking of taking Winny hun. Winny is not the answer to tone up. Why don't we try to get your diet and training in check first. Are you taking any fat burner right now?
Perhaps that would be a good start for you. Have you used any supplements before?

right then all of this fitness thing is really new to me and i havent really taken it too seriously but i wanna start. Really on a day all i have is a cup of coffee in the morning, i dont eat breakfast then i might have something light like a toasty in the afternoon and i drint diet cranberry juice then at tea time i'll do either pasta or fry up and mainly chips with a meal, i am taking evening primrose oil everyday but thats just to help with nails and skin.
Im starting the gym this monday so i need to be prepared with what to do, im gonna take some before shots of myself and see if i can see some changes, i really want to loose some weight of my arse, know any good exersices to tone my arse up?????

Okay hun, first thing we need to do is get your diet in check because it is really not good...lol
Do you have access to whey protein? I think that we should try to incorporate that into your diet to make sure you are taking in enough protein. Your diet is mainly consisting of carbohydrates and the wrong kinds at that. You need to make sure that you are eating six small meals a day. Your protein should come from sources such as chicken, fish, lean cuts of beef, eggs, turkey, whey protein. Cottage cheese is also a good source of protein. You should get your complex carbohydrates from sources such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole grain cereals, oats, rice and beans. You can eat as many greens as you'd like. Fruits should be limited to the early part of the day and all fruit juices should be avoided. You want to make sure you are drinking at least four liters of water a day as well.
As for fats, use olive oil in your cooking. You may also want to supplement your diet with a couple of tablespoons of flax oil or Udols Oil. You cannot cook with flax or udo's though. Almonds are also a good source of fat. They make a great snack too just watch how many you eat! Another great source for fat is Natural Peanut Butter.
Hun, you really need to start to eat six small meals a day instead of three. This will help speed your metabolic rate up naturally as well.

thanks alot for your advice, its a great help
im starting gym next monday and im going to go 3 times a week, i'll ask my chap to make me a routine up
last time when i was going i started to get biceps which were comming on really well and my calf muscles too, but since i stopped going i noticed that my legs were looking a bit fat by the calfs so i defo need to train them again, i also need to work on my bum and see if i can get some muscle up in my chest to push my boobs out a bit lol.
