Default Need some help (deca ??)

My girlfriend is currently taking Winstrol 5mg/day and not to fond of the acne. She has been weight training for 4 years and follows a strict diet. Thinking of starting her on Deca 50mg/week and working the dosage up to 100mg/wk. What are your thoughts and recommendations. Any input greatly appreciated.

For Deca, I suggest going with 25mg/week to start. I wouldn't go up to 50mg/week unless you are in competition. And even then, you have to be on the lookout for virilization sides (voicce changes, enalrged clitoris, etc).

i would think nandrolone phenylpropionate would be a better idea than deca, woman can be so sensitive to drugs i would not want to take something that lasted so long in my body if it brought on horrible sides, NPP is much quicker out of the body. That being said I am not an expert on woman and gear, so i will let the ladies take care of this.

FYI my gf is 29 she weighs 120lbs at around 5'4. she has been an athlete all her life but has only been hard on the weights for the last year and a half. first cycle ever was started at 25mg of deca for the first three weeks then we bumped her to 50mgs a week. she experienced no negative sides after 7 weeks of this except for huge strength gains. and im talking about serious muscle hardness also. most of her weights went up at least 50 percent and legs went up over 100 percent. she was very pleased and neither her or I noticed any negative sides.

maybe that helps a little. we would have used anavar but the availabilty was not there and winny was difficult also. i get HRT so she sucked a little off of me. i would agree probably not the best STARTER cycle but sometimes you have to take what you can get.

ok but with women generally you can gauge what sides you're going to get by using a milder aas first... some sides you're prone to are pretty undesirable, and with a stronger product you're SOL by the time you figure it out. consider her lucky.

Hey Eagle.. if it ain't broke winny reacts differently with each woman..
on paper it is a fantastic drug.. but hormonally it is horrible IMO..
honestly and i hate to say this, but it took my skin about a good 6 months to return to normal post winny.. the acne was ridiculous.. i was mortified.. i would not even wear tank tops and i have some good shoulders to show off lol.. not to mention the pain my joints were in..

get her off winny like yesturday.. she can switch over to the deca, but start LOW.. the winny is in her system and compounded with the deca, she can see virilization must faster..

JCP has some solid advice with the phen prop.. fast acting is a bit better, especially coming off winny..

but either way, just keep doses controlled and closely monitored.. the deca will help with any joint pain she might have experienced from the winny and hopefully won't aid to the acne.. possibly an acne medication to combat it.. but the problem with women is hormones!! our hormones are so much more difficult to balance then men's and they fluctuate at the drop of a dime..

Time will heal these wounds.. time and consistency!!

I run with 100mg of deca a week I am also 5'7" @ 170lbs off and 145-150lbs on and have had both legs reconstructed. I works great for my due to constant joint pain, I retain some water on it and my diet is pretty clean with an occassional wheel that falls off this friggin wagon. I have had no signs of acne, my voice has changed slightly (I'm no Barry White), and I am horny as all get out (bonus), So if I'm doing hanging leg raises for an hour straight you'll know why...lol. Also my period has been out of wack for the last month with some break through spotting (sorry guys) Otherwise I can lift like a friggin russian beet farmer (heard those gals are tough) and my gains are solid. So it works for me but we are all different...thank God!!!
