Right now I am taking Stacker 2's, only one a day. If I take this on a regular basis is my body going to grow accustomed to it? In other words should I be taking a few days off every week?

Ill usually take 1-2 days off any thermo each week.. usually on rest days. yes, your body does adapt very easily, thus the reasoning for giving your body a break from the stimulants.
