how long does a bottle of 6mg, 90 caps tend to last for ladies? i've heard it's best to start at 2.5mg or so at first to see what kind of kick the body gets... do most stay at that dosage? how long do most people run it for?

also, if one was to use a topical yohimbine as well as oral, is that dangerous? would it be more advisable to use one or the other?

Do you have caps or tabs?
I was fine taking one 6mg tab in the morning and then another in the afternoon.
Are you taking it with anything else like ECA?
You may want to start with one tab a day and see how you feel on it.
The bottles I get have 100 tabs in it so it last about 50 days. I've never exceeded two yohimbines a day.

I know all sorts of people that do the two together and I don't know if it works any better. I know it would be damn expensive to do the two together!

heh.. i might be doing the two together... AND i'm probably going to make my own EC stack. lol
