Default One Of The Most Important Things To Do While Being On Cycle Ladies.....
TAKE PICTURES!

Every single week at the same time take pictures...side back and front!

You look in the mirror everyday and your hubby/man sees you everyday so results aren't as noticeable. However if someone is taking pictures of you weekly or bi-weekly you can compare and see if there are results!

Wear the same outfit/undies each time and do the same poses each time along with same background and lighting if possible.

Also...do it at the same time...preferably on a Saturday right when you wake up (after you pee). Then you can have your cheat.

This is a very important way of monitoring progress.

This is a great thing to do even while off cycle!
