well you just hit on a few things that I am not consistent with, water and essential fatty acids. I do not do these things consistently. However my diet for the most part is pretty damn clean. The only thing is sometimes at night I do have one little treat. This could be a small made from scratch oatmeal cookie, or a small made from scratch granola bar. Now you ask well thats not too clean eating a little something at night, however I am not competing, I am just a regular women doing weight lifting. Now that brings us to then why the hell did I do a steroid. I did them because I always wanted to try them, I have been lifting for a long long time and felt I was at a personal plateau and need some extra motivation.
My skin looks bumpy and its from my hormones going back to me. I have bumps little under my neck and its getting better every day but its just a little rutty and dull. I always had nice skin so this is no big deal just not normal for me. I am sure it will go way.
