Default go you crash after a cycle

well Im not liking this too much at all. When I ended my too long run with winny there was some good , and some bad. Now are the bad in my head? Here we go, of course loss of strengh, you want to talk mind fuc#. Well this is it. I absolutely hate losing all that nice strength. Tired alot. Is this normal. By 3 pm I have had a few days were I was super super tired. Headaches too? Is normal. Now I am getting breakouts, after the cycle ended ? My skin is worse now than when on the cycle , nothing major but I see it more now than before.

well Im looking forward to Dec/jan to have another go and really blast off this time. I am so more prepared and have a nice young base of muscle.

However you want to hear something strange, I quit a smoking habit and Ijust threw them away during mid cycle. Now I feel weaker mentally and want to smoke. Its like alot of willpower has went out the window. this must be mental. However I have no depression and thats good.

Here are some good, my body feels so much better off these drugs in a different way. I feel like myself and not so ruddy. I have better moods as far as emotional moods. I am getting I feel balanced again mentally. I also have had my period start again pretty quick too , this is good I went awhile without one. Weight loss is coming off like 5 lbs and thats good ,its easier to drop a few lbs in fat department off this stuff. I could not lose a darn lbs. I know scale is not a measure but somehow my body is changing for the better off. I have the muscle and kept it but the mid section and lower back dont seems as thick. I just plain now feel alittle more stable. Its nice to get back to normal!

Some of these occurences are normal post cycle. Did you taper off Winny and did you use any type of post therapy? You usually don't need to use something after the cycle....especially it being winny but I've seen some ladies do it.

How long have you been off cycle for? It doesn't take alot for hormones to get out of whack....even small doses of AAS can do it for women.

Also....did you lose everything you gained on cycle? You shouldn't have but did you?

no I have not lost everything I have gained in muscle. Yes I kinda did taper off but not alot. The only negitive side effect I am getting off now 100 percent for 2 1/2 weeks is terrible skin. My skin is getting tiny bumps. Its just terrible. I am sure it will go away its just funny on winny had no skin issues, now the issue.

Gains were kept actually more than I thought!! Weight has come off nice too. However strength sucks. I had really only one crash day bad. I was just so damn weak and exhausted this lasted for about a day and half but Im fine now , feel damn good. Just the skin is just plain dull and bumpy to me. Nothing terrible and no one would notice but I notice it.

Steve....what kind of supplements are you taking? Are you getting enough essential fats? I'm wondering why your skin is so dull? What's your diet like and how much water are you drinking?

well you just hit on a few things that I am not consistent with, water and essential fatty acids. I do not do these things consistently. However my diet for the most part is pretty damn clean. The only thing is sometimes at night I do have one little treat. This could be a small made from scratch oatmeal cookie, or a small made from scratch granola bar. Now you ask well thats not too clean eating a little something at night, however I am not competing, I am just a regular women doing weight lifting. Now that brings us to then why the hell did I do a steroid. I did them because I always wanted to try them, I have been lifting for a long long time and felt I was at a personal plateau and need some extra motivation.

My skin looks bumpy and its from my hormones going back to me. I have bumps little under my neck and its getting better every day but its just a little rutty and dull. I always had nice skin so this is no big deal just not normal for me. I am sure it will go way.

Yep.....I bet it's the fats and water missing....in 6 weeks you should see a noticeable improvement.

I find evening primrose oil works great!
