I would give myself a permanent 6 pac. Not really deep cuts but cuts that would be noticeable.

back, I would love to have that great back and it is coming so slow. I have shoulder that kind roll foward and my back is plain not coming in as quick as everything else. Nothing like a beatiful back with all and I mean all the defination.

I cant get this damn bike tire off my waistline! It will be gone by next year if I kill myself doing it! no matter what I do its the last damn thing thats gets skinny-my whole body is close to wear I want my fat% except for that damn tire!

Damn Newbie - you just couldn't resist - Could you? Right into the ladies forum - dude. Ok - Me neither.

I know a woman is not asking a man what body part we would change - no matter how big, we all want an extra inch.

Truthfully though, gonna go with Newbie on this one - the tire - at 44 its a bitch to lose. Everyone of my friends says hgh is a great way. gonna do that.

To lose those tires it's diet. Most people just don't have the willpower to do the strict diet and cardio required to get rid of them!

Pretty much any ab exercise is great...will build those muscles so when you do lean out they will "pop" out.

Another good thing to do is suck in your stomach and then let it out. In, out, in, out. You will start to do it more and more....that helps as well. It's hard to remember but the more you do it the more you'll get used to it. When watching TV, on the computer, going for a walk....anytime.

More peak in my bi's...they're wide and full but not peaky.

Technically you can change in bodypart you want......

I'm not a big fan of bicep peaks....I like a big bulge rather than a "peak".

Mine too. I look like I have chicken legs from the knee down from the front veiw. I would much rather have a definite 6-pack even more!! A woman with a 6-pack is rare but it is so hot! You know they have been bustin ass to achieve it too!
