Red face hi everybody. I need help with my diet.

Hi. Im going to start my very first cycle of clen in about 2 weeks. Wanted to know if i can get some help with my diet, and maybe a few tips on how to cycle it. thanks

What does your diet consist of know? Have you tried any styles like atkins, cylical keto, carb cycling?

I noticed you said you where not weightlifting. That need to be the first step before clen.

Post a sample of your daily diet and your training schedule. Weights, cardio, stretching. We need to know what you are doing before we advise you.

My day usually goes like this...breakfast 2 egg whites (sometimes with a slice of whole wheat toast) if im hungry in between then and lunch I eat a granola bar. Lunch is usually a salad with tuna, dinner is some kind of meat. chicken, or fish. My workout is usually just cardio. Dont know much about weight training. willing to learn anything.

When my girlfriend started working out i started her on something very simple because she had the hardest time remembering what days to do what. This is what I started with her and it seemed to get her used to weightlifting so we can build from there.

Day 1-chest and back
chest-hammer strength machine bench press x3 sets. She started really light and each set added 5 pounds. 1st set 10-12 reps. 2nd set 8 reps. 3rd 6 reps. Im trying to bulid strength so I want her to lift as heavy as she feels comfortable.

chest- cables-I have her do the FREE-MOTION machine. There are pictures on each one so it is easy to find and use.

The idea was to do 1 excersice in the free weight side of the gym and one where the machins are. she was nervous to go in free weight side @ first so this eased her in to it.

Back- Good mornings/straight leg deadlifts.

Back- FREE MOTION back cables.

Day-2 cardio

Day-3 Bi's and Tri's

Bi's-flat bar curls

Bi's-Free motion bicep machine.

Tri's- skull crushers

Tri's- Free Motion tricep machine.

Day4-cardio

Day5-Legs

Free motion squat machine. This is the only way she felt comfortable doing squats at the begining. There is a lever on the machine where you put your hands that releases the weight at anytime.

Hamstring free motion machine.

calve raises on the machine.

This is what she started with and we have built on that. once she did this for 3 weeks she got to know a few people in the gym and felt much more comfortable. If she missed a day she would just do what ever was next in line. Hope this helps it worked for her and she had never lifted a weight in her life.

You are not ready for clen. You need to begin a weight training program. I highly doubt clen will do anything much for you.

Get on a weight training program and lift at least 4 days per week. You will start to see results just doing that.

Your diet is also blah. You need healthy fats, more vegetables, a multi, etc.

I suggest you read the board for about 2-3 hours and intake what you can....than ask questions.

After you absorb some of the info post a diet of what you think would be good and we will help you from there.

Make a proper diet plan and follow this diet circle . when you follow this diet circle then you definitely got the good result.....
