You are not ready for clen. You need to begin a weight training program. I highly doubt clen will do anything much for you.
Get on a weight training program and lift at least 4 days per week. You will start to see results just doing that.
Your diet is also blah. You need healthy fats, more vegetables, a multi, etc.
I suggest you read the board for about 2-3 hours and intake what you can....than ask questions.
After you absorb some of the info post a diet of what you think would be good and we will help you from there.
