looking really good. What is your calorie intake looking like? Reason I ask, is because my girlfriend just stated her cycle, and we were going over her diet tonight.

I'm not taking anything except for the var.
I only intake about 1,300 calories a day. Nothing but good clean foods though. Chicken,eggs, otameal and lots and lots of green veggies is mainly what my diet consits of with fish about 2 times a week.

Honestly, you look great... What kinds goals do you have from here? If you did nothing else but maintain your body as is you'd be fine. Toned and fit look is my favorite

I thought you have to up your cal intake when your on var to build muscles?
so how did you find that 1300 cals was right for you? what is your protein intake?
Just trying to figure out what is right for me! don't want too much cals.

I already had a good bot of muscle I just had to change my diet to get leaner. I eat my body weight in protein, which is what you should do. Eating is 90% of it all. Thankyou for all the nice comments. It's no nice when your hard work pays off! I am just going to maintain what I have now, I'm just trying to build my abs up some more. My show is on the 29th!!

Just to let you know you could probably get away with an extra hundred or two hundred calories in there. The more the better but you know your body better than I do.
1300 seems low but if you aren't starving and feel alright than keep at it!

Your intake of 2000 should be fine if you are seeing results. If you need to drop only drop a hundred cals or two hundred at most. You want to have as much nutrients as possible going into the body. Obviously if you are plateaud you will need to drop but if you are seeing results at 2000 than stay with it.

Thank you MM for the info, Ill be keeping an eye on my gains!! try to have my Boyfriend help keep an eye out as well! cause he see's my gains, but I dont see that in the mirror.

I have not had any side effects at all! I'm taking spa liquid oxodrolone(sp?). I have gained 9 lbs. of muscle and I'm down to 9% body fat!
