Smile Starting my First Cycle of Var.....

Hello ladies,

I am starting my first cycle of var!

33 years old
108 lbs
5'6

I started on Monday Aug.3rd
I have increased my calories/protein/fat intake
I'm only taking 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 in the evening. Which will go up next week to 5 in the morning and 5 at night. I will be taking picture so I can see the change and anyone else that wants to see the changes.
I work out 4 times a week with my boyfriend lifting ext.
I get alot of cardio with my work everyday.
I will post my diet when we get it revised!
If anyone has advice I am more then willing to take it!!

I'm 34 5'7" 130lbs
I've been on a cycle of var for 4 weeks. I've kept my dosage the same which is 5 ED in the morning.

Pro's:
- big increase in the amount of weight I can lift. The "pump" I get in the gym is great.
- endurance on cardio is much better too. I'm not struggling as much when I have to do an hour
- I've noticed more muscle definition in my delts & back & bi's.
- Sex drive is amazing. Before taking this my sex drive was non existent (didn't even want to touch myself) but now i finally have feeling down there LOL

Con's:
- My abs were never my strong point and so far nothing impressive there.
- Since my legs are so long, the muscle definition hasn't changed as dramatically as my upper half. However I can finally go heavier (for me 190lbs) on the leg press. Previously maxed out at 130lbs
- I've had slight case of acne on upper back, but it's not pimples with white heads, more like raised little bumps (like the beginning stages of a pimple). I scrub my back with Clean & Clear facial scrub which has helped it not get worse & fade.

I'm thinking about going up to 10ED but I heard that's when the sides can get pretty bad for a girl. But everyone is different!

Thank you for telling me how your doing and what your seeing as far as gain!
I'm glad your doing well! After this week I will be doing 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening, by boyfriend say that should be good for me since this is my first cycle and I will be able to see my gain's!! He says was seeing a lot more definition in my back before I started my cycle. I'm really hoping to get my abs right(lol) How long are you on your cycle for?
I will defiantly keep you posted! I'm going to take pictures as well!

Lexxi....when you are talking about leg press I am assuming you mean a leg press where you press it horizontally?

If you can only press 190 on an inclined leg press and you are ON anavar I don't think you are ready for it. A girl should be able to do 190 on leg press naturally.....even a small, weak girl. Is it horizontal? Or I'm thinking maybe you meant kg?

The leg press machine looks similar to this one:

My legs were always very weak and for me this is def a step up in leg weight.

For instance on assisted squats I can still only go up to 130lbs max. Maybe I'm not pushing myself or I'm scared of getting hurt, but my body physically can't lift much more. on single bicep curls I can still only lift 25lb dumbells in each hand. I've tried 30lb dumbells in each hand and can only squeak out 3 reps, and then my wrists are killing me.

That's why I did the var hoping it would give me increased strength to lift heavier

I will defiantly let you know how im feeling middle of next week!! Im going to do mine anywhere from 8 - 10 weeks. I think that should be enough..

Thank You Miss Muscle! I will be posting some pics this weekend! I know I want to see the results as well as the newbies! I wish there were more pictures out there of women and there first cycles! Pictures say a thousand words don't they.. lol

Very interesting Lexxi. Your legs are definitely quite weak compared to upper body. I suggest you make work them hard. Running will definitely made them stronger. Don't ever be afraid of "losing" muscle because of running. It's ridiculous.

Wow a lot of us are on out first cycle right now. I am almost at the 3 week mark! I can definatley tell a difference all over my body and in strength! . I took some pics I may post them a little later. I'm really pleased with myself about waiting until I had a little more muscle and lowered my body fat% before starting my cycle. The results are wonderful !

ETA-- I am taking 2.5mg 2x ED. I'm seeing good results staying at this dosage and I don't want to risk having ANY side. Not even mild acne.

Default Sex and Steroids

Does anybody know, if your husband is on a steroid "cocktail" that you can somehow absorb some of that stuff in your system during sex? I'm asking this question because I notice that I seem to exhibit some of the signs/symptoms as if I'm taking them. Recently I've noticed increased acne all over my face, increased sex drive, hunger pangs, increased muscle tone etc.

Taz.....ladies section remember.

Rocco...Taz is right ...that is not possible. It's not silly to ask so no worries. I have no idea why you are experiencing those symptoms but it sure isn't due to the semen in your system whether from sex or oral sex.

It could be your time of the month of maybe you have been working out more? That would attribute the increased muscle tone and the acne could be from sweat on your face.

Next time please start a new thread like Taz suggested. This really has nothing to do with what is being discussed here.

I have upped my intake of var from 5mg a day to 7.5mg a day, I took pictures over the weekend and I will post them tonight for the before and after! Im just curiouse to see the pic's as I progress!

about to start taking a cycle of var and clen.
i have the var already but waiting on the clen.
should i start the var or clen first? or same time.

my boyfriend says to start with var but he only knnows how to bulk up i am lookin to cut fat and tone.....
any suggestions?

Yes var is the only thing im taking!
Im still trying to figure my diet out right now, seeing what works best! but right now im at 2,000 cal and cant remember what protein im at but I know its high! so when I get home Ill let you know! I might have to come down on my cal's but gonna say with 2,000 for now!

Hello All,
I'm just checking in to let you know whats going on!
This is the start of my 3rd Week on var I'm taking 2.5mg 3xed to equal 7.5
I'm not having any side effects, I'm not seeing a hole lot in my physical appearance BUT....
I can tell I'm getting harder and Ive gone up in weight at the gym so this makes me happy!!
I know its still too early to see a lot right now so Ill keep posting my progress.
