Has anyone tried cheater relief from BSN. Is it worth taking after a cheat meal.

kinna this stuff is a waste of money. However I have tried Alli, the fat eater upper crap that absorbers the fat and this did work. I took 2 pills before meals they say one but I used two because its a lower dose over the counter now and had great results.

Most of those things are usually crap but everybody reacts differently. It may work for you. If it's pricey and you can't afford it don't bother. Find something that has excellent reviews and has been around a long time. If it it has a ton of great reviews it's usually pretty decent.

Also make sure the reviews are from different websites. Many products use their own site and give "testimonials'. They are all fake.
