It is Phenylpropionate.....and that is only an ester, not a steroid. Just like how Propionate, Cypionate, or Enanthate are all just esters and not steroids.
Once attached it to a steroid (Nandrolone or Testoserine for example), then you have a relatively short releasing steroid that needs to be injected EOD for best results.
