Need real advise on Anavar, please.
Hello, I am such a newbie to all this, but I bought some Anavar and I need to know what to take and for how long.
I work out 5 days a week, I try to eat healthy. I need a jumpstart and Anavar seems like it will do the trick. I am just not sure what to do with them
Please respond.
Thanks

Barbie is right but there is no way you are ready for steroids. Considering you are a "newbie" anavar is not for you. You must KNOW how to eat healthy and how to work out consistently for a few years before you even touch steroids. If you want a jumpstart than train hard and eat strict right away.
You are not ready for steroids and for them to work you have to be consistent in both diet and training.

Hey April! Congrates on trying to get fit. You are just jumping rite into the deep end aren't ya! Learn to swim first. You should really have some years of training under your belt before taking var. The best advise I could give you is to read read and read more. Then apply what you read in the gym and in the kitchen. Dont be affraid to lift heavy! Lift like the boys do and you will get results (on or off var lift heavy weight).
If you already have it your gonna use it so be smart and go slow. More is not better in this case.
How is it so easy for a "newbie" to just go out and get gear like var? wth

I guess my question would be, were to start? Diet, what type? I have been working out for years and I try to stay away from carbs, atleast after 3pm.
I have seen guys look so amazing, and they have just jumped right nto it and I don't think there eating habbits are all that well.
I am willing to work out and really get in shape and lose some more weight first, but it's the definition I am looking for, the muscle and toneness. Hope this makes sense. Please respond. I look forward to hearing what you have to say.
Thanks

You want the three macronutrients.....fats, proteins, and carbs. Make sure the fats are healthy and keep saturated fats to a minimum. It's up to you what ratio you want....30,30, 40, or 50, 30, 20 or whatever. Don't go huge on one of the macronutrients unless you are doing something extreme. I would suggest do 40 carbs, 40 proteins and 20 fats to start. But you can do whatever you want.
Make sure all the food choices are clean....non-processed foods. Whole grains, potatoes, rice, oatmeal, fruits and veggies for carbs. Lean chicken and turkey, protein powder, cottage cheese, fish for proteins. Avocado, fish oils, evening primrose oils, olive oils for fats.
You set something up and we will critique it. Don't forget to cheat once in awhile...good for the soul!
Eating clean will tighten you up.

Thanks. That's a start. I forgot to mention,I will not be starting this diet until November. I am expecting. So I have time to gather a plan. Although I still do work out 5 days a week with weight training. of course not too heavy right now.
So I appreciate all your input. I need something to look forward too and shed as much as possible soon after.

You can eat clean while expecting....just don't cut calories. Baby needs nutrition as well and the healthier the better. Of course take care of your cravings though....baby deserves it!
Congrats by the way!
