You can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.....you must do one or another usually.
If you want to gain muscle up your calories and lift hard....also cut back a bit in the cardio.
If you want to lose weight be consistent with the diet and put the junk to a minimum.
I'll go into more details when I know what you want and what you are willing to do for it a bit better.
