Default First Timer

Help! I'm 5'4" and 130 pounds. I do cardio three times a week in the mornings and weight lift and cardio again 4 times a week. I love working out but of course what messes me up is the eating which I've gotten better with. I want to start taking a steroid but I'm not too sure what to take. I want to lose weight and build muscle (not too bulky though). I was thinking anavar but a lot of people give me mixed reviews (bad for the liver). I appreciate all the help!

You are not ready for steroids. Steroids will only work if someone has a consistent diet and you don't.

You need consistency in your diet and training before you start any steroids.

Post up your diet and training and we will tweak it to try and get results. We may also have some advice on how to stick to your diet better.

Yeah my diet is sometimes inconsistent. I eat 5 miles a day (egg whites for breakfast, a protein bar at 10am, salad with tuna for lunch, a yogurt, steak and salad for dinner). I go to the gym 4 times a week (weight lift & run in the mornings and do some form of cardio in the afternoon) and on Saturdays I'll do another form of cardio. I work out regularly but I do enjoy junk food

Gotta lay the junk food down. Its discipline. If ur not serious about laying that down, how can u be serious about starting anabolics???

Exactly. You could seriously hurt yourself if you aren't consistent with anabolics.

You can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.....you must do one or another usually.

If you want to gain muscle up your calories and lift hard....also cut back a bit in the cardio.

If you want to lose weight be consistent with the diet and put the junk to a minimum.

I'll go into more details when I know what you want and what you are willing to do for it a bit better.
