Default HGH/Var for joint problems

greetings ladies,
my situation is a bit different than most on this site. i suffer from really bad connective tissue and have all kinds of problems with weak/torn ligaments. when i was younger muscular strength compensated but now as I am getting OLD (36) I am suffering a lot more with joint problems and instability. I am also very ectomorphic so keeping wight on has been touch. i have always been active in the fitness arena but with a variety of things.. some weights, cycling, aerobics, yoga pilates... etcc.i have never used steroids but my doc is that I try some test to bring up my muscle strength. I am thinking I would rather use var, but I am curious about HGH. I have read that HGH can help strenthen joints / tendons as well as muscle., which I need desparately. I can train wights but I can't go heavy because of my joints and I often have trouble with compound movements (squats are really bad for my knees) so I need to use isolated movements. any thoughts as to what might help with strengthening joints and muscles during workouts? thanks

If your doctor was considering test for you I think you should discuss HGH with him as well.

If your goal is an increase in strength I would reccomend var over test anyday for a lady, but if you also want to improve tendons and ligaments HGH would be worth looking into.

If you feel you can discuss this with your doctor I encourage you too.

Lifting in general will strengthen joints and muscles but there is a fine line where you can damage joints as well.

I would start out with a low dose of anavar and see how you feel from there.

If you have joints/tendons problems you may want to take a lengthy period of time off to let them heal. Get in lots of nutrients....healthy healthy foods and supplements....and the slowly start lifting from there and then try a light anavar cycle.

I would also recommend some sort of therapy like physio or massage.

Google supplements for tendon and ligament problems as well and see what comes up.

thanks for the response. i had thought to start the HGH first, say for for 6-8 weeks and get through the sides, and then do a cycle of test for say 10 weeks, and then continue with HGH for another couple of months. curious as to why you recommend starting with the var instead? thanks!

If doing HGH you need to run it at least 6 months to get results. It takes awhile so 6-8 weeks is pretty much pointless unless you are taking a massive dose which would not be good.

I recommend var because the side effects of test are very rough for most. Even at a lower dose they can be permanent and unpleasant. Androgenic side effects can occur.

Anavar side effects are much less potent and it is weaker so it is better to start with.
