clenbuterol first time use?
Hi, I have just a general question regarding first time clenbuterol usage.
me and my fiance decided that she is going to run clenbuterol alongside her winstrol.
The question i have is, how much clen will do her good for a first cycle if shes cycling winny too. She basically just has a few more pounds of fat she wants to lose and we are hoping that the clen will do it.
Her stats are as follows:
5'4''
126
runs 3 mi a day with weight training for at least 30min a day.
she eats really clean..... turkey, yogurt, flaxseed, broccoli, etc. only cheats one meal a week etc.

I suggest she starts out with 20mcg/day for the 1st week to see how she will react. If all is good then bump it to 40mcg/day for the 2nd week. Then the 3rd week 60mcg/day.I suggest she starts the clen 3 weeks before she stops the winny. A clen cycle usually lasts 2-3 weeks anyways.

I would suggest starting out at even lower dosages...10mcg. Then she can go up. I always like to stay on the cautious side.

I agree with Miss Muscle as well. It is good to be cautious, by starting at an even lower dosage, and gradually work ur way up.

We will prob start out then at like 20 mcg a day and see how that goes.
As far as everything else goes i have a couple more Qs.
when is the best time of the day to take the clen?
And also, shes been taking 10mg of winny a day since this is her second cycle, so should she keep taking 10mg a day then she starts the clen or taper down or up?

Some people take clen twice a day...once in the morning and once before they workout. Some once in the morning. Some once before cardio or workout. It doesn't really matter...just don't take it near bedtime!
She can stay on winny at 10 or taper up or down. It is a personal choice. I would see how it goes staying at 10 first.
Remember...winny does not cause fat loss...it only dries a person out!

ok thanks alot.
I did hear that clen can affect your breathing if taken before cardio. Is this true?
And if so, how bad does it affect it?
Also the biggest thing that shes notices with the winstrol is muscle hardness and pumps when she works out. She wakes up sometimes in the morn and her veins are just pumped to the max. Pretty cool. lol
Also, she is taking 10mg tablets a day split into 5 and 5 at diff times of the day, so if she ups the the dose, how much would you go up? Its not pharma grade stuff, just a UGL, so im just not sure what her limit would be especially since its not injectable form

Clen is used for horses with asthma. Do you mean a shortness of breath when using it? It may affect some people's breathing that way but I've personally never known anyone who experienced that.
I would up the dose by 5 mcg. You can do 10 and 5.

Ok thanks, so let me get this straight.
were doing a 6 wk cycle and the last two weeks gonna run the clen starting at 5mcg and going up from there. And maybe up the winny to 10 and 5 dose a day?
And hopefully that will yield decent results?

I just came off a 2 week clen cycle. I saw no change at all. I did as recommended. increase gradually and taper off. I was quite dissapointed since I train very hard and have a vert tight diet. Keep us posted hope it works better on you.

Have you done clen or winstrol alone? You should do that first.
I suggest only increasing one of those when you are ready....probably the clen.
Remember....with clen you should cycle on and off.....for example 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Winny you can run straight through.
I suggest running clen for 12 weeks....2 on and 2 off throughout at 5 mcg. Then run winstrol for 5 mg daily as well. If you don't see results after 8 weeks increase the clen.

2 weeks? You won't see much change. You need to cycle it for at least 6 to 8. What dose were you at?

Hey thanks miss muscle with the help on planning the cycle thats on this thread.
My fiance is having excellent progress with losing that last tiny bit of fat and is definately toning up like crazy.
She is currently still taking 10mg of winstrol ed and clen @ 40mcg a day which we have found is right under her max dose per day.
She dropped over 4 pounds of fat the first week, and is down to 123 from 128! But we are thinkin that she has def put on some muscle so she may have lost more fat than that.
