Do you really drop some weight/body fat?

That depends on what your eating and how your training. Your caloric expenditure.

Do you put it all back on with a clean diet?

No reason that you would if your calories are balanced. If you eat more than you burn then of course you will gain weight again.

Do you mess your thyroid up for life and become a slob after your done?

No and you will only be a slob after if you were a slob before.

Does anyone have experience and good after they are off T3?

I think T3 is okay, but really not the complete answer to weight loss.

Also, keep in mind that t3 does not distinguish between muscle and fat. Thus, most people run it with a course of anabolics to prevent muscle loss.

I personally think thyroid meds should be used as a last resort. If done improperly they will screw your metabolism bad.

Done properly you can great results but people love the results and start to depend on them too much.

Use as a last resort.

I respect your opinion and listen to what you have to say. How about ephedra then? Clen was horrible for me. I could not tolerate it at all.

T3 is very catabolic and if you use it you want to keep protein high and lift consistently. It works best for women with clenbuterol....they compliment each other very well.

I suggest you try ephedra before T3. It is really not great for women.

If you do try T3 keep protein high and lifting heavy and consistent.

T3 dosages...start low....5-12.5 mcg. Then see how it goes with that.

I really wouldn`t recommend T3 unless you are getting ready for a contest because it is so catabolic.

Also be aware that it does interfere with birth control.

Go check out scholarly articles on Google Scholar or go to your local library and go check out scientific magazines or journal articles. You should be able to find credible research on Google Scholar though.
