Default advice for 1st cycle?

Any advice for cycles for women? I eat clean have some what of a muscular build. I would like to get more lean and ripped, with out bulking up, and like many it's hard for me to get away from my mid section. I am 5''2 140 now, I was 160... I have always worked out, but I realized that people have always told me I was muscular, so now I want to take my body to the next level competing. Anythings possible! BTW I have done a lot of reading on different cycles, I have just taken in so much I don't now where to start.

Before you start any steroids lets take a look at your diet and training.

Post your training and a typical day of diet. We can take things from there.

You don't have to worry about bulking up.....to bulk up you have to eat excessive calories. Just monitor your calories if you're worried about building too much muscle.
