Default Girlfriend wants VAR.... need answers

Hey ladies.

I have cycled for about 3-4 years now. I've been itching to get back to it as I took this last year off, and actually did good naturally for a while. My girlfriend is well aware I use AAS, and has been asking me if it is wise for her to try a mild cycle.

She has been eating right and training with me for a year now and has made pretty good gains so far. ( I know a year of training isnt alot of time for her to be considering AAS.) I cant really argue with her, because she sees me doing it, but I have trained religiously for 9 years.
She says obsessed, I say passionate, lol.

her stats:

age:33
Weight: 108 'ish
height: 5'6"


Goals: lean out and get up to about 112-115 lbs



She has never used AAS

Her diet is that of a "weight loss" mode right now, trying to lean out. Basic, but it should work for now.
When taking Anavar however, does she need to be geared on a higher calorie than normal to see the muscle gain or keeping it with what she is doing now @ 1,200 on non training days and 1,400 or so on training days be enough?

I suggested Anavar if anything for her.
week 1-4: 5mg daily (split am pm 2.5mg)
week 5-9: 10mg Daily (split dose)
week 10: 5mg Daily (split dose)
week 11: 2.5mg Daily (need to split?)

seem solid or no?


I read super girls sticky on PCT, and it mentioned something about nolva.

I already have plenty of PCT stuff on hand,(clomid, nolva, hcg), But what would be an advisable PCT for her if any? Want to avoid her "crashing" post cycle.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. This is going to be fun for me as well her, because I can watch her grow and be happy with the results knowing I helped her =)

once we get the right amount of research for her, there will be a progress thread to follow.
As well as one for me as we would start the same time.
mine a mild test/deca/anavar cycle

I don't have an answer to your ? but I'm starting var soon for my 1st time too as I want to get harder.

But wiith her stat's of 108 at 5'6" she seems to be very lean already. I'm 5'7 & 125lbs and look skinny, how much leaner does your girl want to get? I wish I could stick with a 1200 calorie diet, even when I competed it wasn't that low - good for her!!!

she is very petite, but she has this "muffin top" as she calls it she wants to get rid of.

I know Var isnt a miracle drug and she definitely knows this too as I have stressed it over and over. But I got her eating healthy enough to be gaining muscle and loosing fat. 1,400-1,500 on training days 1,200-1,300 non training days is a good base number for her to achieve what she wants to as in loosing the pooch i think..? As of right now, she is only complaining of the bland variety, lol. never really hungry as she is eating 6 times a day.

Keep in mind also, until we got together, she never worked out and or ate healthy. She was just naturally skinny.

if she takes var im going to up the calories, but mostly with protein and more clean carbs.

Sorry about the wait Taz!

Tell her to start at 2.5 and then go to 5 mg and see how that goes.

I would do 2-4 weeks 2.5 and then go to 5 mg and then down to 2.5 mg for the last couple weeks.

She should bump it up to 7.5 if she doesn't see results for this cycle.

For post cycle just do the taper.

If she wants to gain weight she will have to eat more regardless.
