Default New here with a question.

I am 22 years old, and have been in the gym for about 3 years now in between having 2 children. I have a good bit of muscle on my body, I am 5'3 and 129 lbs and 15% bf. I have been thinking about taking Anavar to help shed off this last bit of fat on my tummy and to make my muscle harder and more defined. I am concerned with getting bulky, and also with how young I am... Am I too young to be taking anavar. I build muscle easy for a girl so should I still stick with my light weights on arms (I dont want manly arms...) i plan on lifting heavy as possible on lower body. Sorry for all the questions...,but thanx in advance

Welcome to Ology!

I wouldn't suggest steroids for ladies under 24-25. Most people don't know this but they actually don't stop growing till about that age. The last 5 years it is just less noticeable.

I suggest you post your diet and training instead and we can tweak that to help you get a nice defined tummy. You don't need anavar to lose that stomach fat.

Do you have any pics of your ideal body or can you name someone famous? I'm just curious as to how lean you want to be.

I am doing a figure competition in a few weeks. I was going on 1 cycle for the show. Is doing one cycle going to affect my growth?

Yes a cycle will affect your growth most likely. How long have you been prepping for this competition?

Since your show is in a few weeks starting a cycle could be bad...you have no idea how your body will react. You could lean out nicely or you could bloat up bad.

It is your choice.

It seems like you need to wait before you do a show and learn how to diet and train properly first.

To build more muscle you will have to intake more calories. Since you are dieting you aren't intaking alot of calories and therefore you won't be building more muscle on your arms.
