30 and fading is just getting started up in this joint

Default Fiance in late 30's and needs help

My fiance has been tightening her diet over the past few years and working out to no avail. She would like to get her 20 year old body back and believes it to be impossible without "supplements". I have used in the past and am considering starting back soon myself. What would work for her ECA, T3, Clen, Yohimburn, etc, etc, etc?

Suggestions?

Ladies please help.

75mg of eq a week for 14 weeks should do the trick. It works on my wife, shes 36 and has no complaints. Your wife will need to eat very clean and strict. Try to post her diet so we can take a look, and like Miss Muscle said go from there.

I don't recommend EQ for a first cycle although I'm sure it worked great for your wife.

Before we recommend anything lets take a look at diet and training first and then suggest something a bit less androgenic.
