Default Triathlete needs advice on first cycle

Hello,

I am a triathlete and interested in beginning my first cycle. A friend recommended winni-v and HGH both in the liquid form. I am interested in getting shredded and increasing my strength and endurance. Is this the right combo for me and how should I go about using this combo with the right diet of course.

First off when you do your first cycle only use one compound so you know what exactly it is doing.

With growth hormone it has to be cycled for at least 6 months to 1 year to see results and it can be quite costly so I suggest you don't start with that unless you have alot of patience.

Winny is not one of my personal fave for girls....I would recommend primo or anavar instead. If you do choose to do winny make sure you take a good supplement for the joints and liver as winstrol is hard on both...especially the joints. Also start at a low dose and beware of masculinizning effects. 2.5 or 5 mg ed.

You will increase strength but to increase endurance that is up to you. You can also lean out a bit on winny or growth but that is almost all diet. Winny and growth only supplement that.

How long have you been training and what is your diet and training like? I would be interested in knowing that and maybe we can tweak that a bit before you cross over to the "dark" side. Hehe.
