Anavar Directions & Benefits for a female?

Hey there y'all.
I am new to the site and have no experience taking liquid Anavar. I did get my hands on some liquid Anavar from Gen Phrams. Label reads... "Each ML contains 11MG of Oxandrolone". It's a 50 ML bottle.

QUESTIONS:
Based on my stats below should I take one full dropper one time daily? And when do I take it? Before a.m. cardio or before p.m. weights? How long should I take it before going off?

CURRENTLY TAKING:
Taraxatone, MHP's DREN and TRAC, along with a good multi, Calcium and Omega 3's. Should I discontinue any of these while taking Anavar?

ABOUT ME:
37 yr Female; 5 ft 6 inches tall; 140lbs; Follow a Split-Plan Workout 5 to 6 days a week (a.m cardio & p.m. weights & cardio); Have worked out for nearly 20 years; Eat pretty clean throughout the week

GOAL:
Lean Muscle... Female Fit. Comp. Shape

I'd appreciate any advice y'all can give. I want to look hot in a bikini this year...At my old age!

Whats your current bodyfat? If its low like in the low teens i say run it at 10-15mg a day for 6 weeks. If its around or over 20% i wouldnt bother. My wife used it on 2 different occasions. Her bodyfat was 22% which is not fat by any means for a woman, but she really saw no noticeable results other than good strength increases. Her diet was spotless too.
