How do you discipline your kids? Do you spank them? Ground them? Take away toys?

I know spanking is illegal but when I have kids damn right I will spank if they misbehave.

I think discipline today is a joke and parents have to step it up.

I hate when parents want to be "friends" instead of parents. If you ever watch wife swap you will see many parents suck ass cuz they want to be "friends".

I agree with you 100%. I think what I hate most is the parents who take there kids out in public places and let them act like little beast instead of a behaved child. Growing up if I even thought of acting out in public I would have lost that privilage and got a spanking to boot. No screaming, crying and misbehaving because I didn't get what I wanted, big no! no! in my house. Guess what, I love my parents for it, made me the responsible, independent female that I am today. I have earned everything I have, nothing in this world is free or comes without hard work and discipline.
