Default MY FIRST CYCLE- advice appreciated =)

I am a female figure competitor and I began my FIRST cycle 4 weeks ago. This was put together by my boyfriend and trainer, who is a IFBB pro bodybuilder. I just would like someone here to look it over and give some feedback. I know many of you are very experienced with AAS.

My STATS:

FEMALE
WT 120
HT 5'3"


Initially I was going to start just anavar 2.5mg ed and cycling up to 10, but my boyfriend put me on this instead- which I have noticed great results:

Cytomel 50mcg ED
Anavar 30 mg ED
Winstrol injectable 50 mg every other day
Propionate injectable 100 mg twice a week
Stenox (halotestin) 10 mg ED
Humulin R- 8 iu after workout only on training days
GH (serostim) 2 iu every other day

I will start clen next week.

The only side I notice so far is water retention. I have a show in 6 more weeks and I am just worried that I am not leaning out as quick as I should. I eat VERY VERY clean, but I am taking in about 220 gms protein a day, 200 gms carbs, and keeping fats low low. I do cardio every morning for 45 min and also every evening after weights for 30-45 min. I weight train 6 days a week.

My boyfriend says that I need to eat more now that I am on AAS (clean of course), and also increase LOTS of carbs after insulin- brown rice, oats etc.

All feedback is greatly appreciated.

Please tell me that you are kidding? 100mg of prop 2xday? So your shootin more then a gram a week of test? LOL shure

It is propionate twice a week not twice a day. I inject 1cc (100 mg) twice a week.

My bad, sorry! But i still think thats a lot of stuff for figure because your hot, do you really need all that to improve? Esspecially if its your first cycle?

Not better to start low and see how bodyreacts first, no?

I would like to see you up your protein sligthly, like 50grams a day.

How are you feeling mentally? Better? Aggressive? Just intrested

If your Bf is a IFBB competitor than you should you know dont you you think. O.K. lets assume he's not your a female and take some Winny with a small dose of test and you should grow like theres no tommorow, remember the magic isn't with the juices its with the diet GF. Eat and Eat like you dont know whats hitting you, you should know that. Your BF is a IFBB competitor maybe not Gladiator but cmon. Winny and or Var with some test you will grow like a beast. What are your goals?

Kelly....I checked out your site and pics and you look great already!

I'm not sure why you feel the need to go on cycle.

First that cycle is truly ridiculous for a first cycle.

How are you going to know what compound is doing what?

First cycles should ONLY be one compound at a time so you know exactly what it is doing.

You may possibly get unwanted side effects and not know what from.

Cytomel.....why use this when clen is available? Many many competitors have thyroid and metabolism problems after using cytomel. With so many other things available I wouldn't use it.

30 mg anavar is eod is too high for first cycle.

50 mg winny eod is too high again.

Prop.....don't. Just don't...especially for a first cycle. That is for more experienced cyclers and you will get permanent side effects. Start with milder steroids and see how you react.

Stenox.....dose way too high and I wouldn't recommend this for a woman or first cycle. Your liver will be hurting with this guaranteed.


Humulin r-horrid idea for first cycle. When doing insulin you have to be very careful....it's not something for a beginner.

Gh....what's the point if you are going to be on it for less than 3 months....or even 6 months.

I'm sorry but this cycle will get you results but you are fucking around with your femininity as well as your health.

This is serioulsly the worst cycle I've ever seen for a woman.

I am interested in knowing about your future side effects....has your voice changed? Clit enlarged? Facial hair?

You are going way to extreme.

With the way figure is nowadays you don't need any steroids or fat burners at all.

Worried about losing fat in time for the show? Increase the cardio a bit instead.

I can't believe you are only getting water retention with this.....I'm sure more sides will follow.

I really appreciate all you advice and input.
I feel completely ignorant for even going this extreme!

Can you suggest a good cycle I should start with. I am thinking of just using anavar and possible winny..and perhaps clen for fat loss.

Hi Kelly!

Since this is your first cycle start with anavar....5mg daily or even 2.5 mg. You can cycle right through your contest. I would cycle 8 to 10 weeks and taper off at week 11. Take 2.5 in morning and 2.5 at night.

I know the cycle seems simple but you can never be to safe!

Since you have competed natty just do exactly what you did to lose the fat. Before you fool around with clen first adjust cardio and diet.

You are about 6 weeks out? How many pounds do you estimate you have to lose before then? We can go from there and see if clen would be good for you!
