Cool Confused

I get so many different opinions about weight loss products. I went and bought Hydroxycut Max for women, I'm trial and error now. My doc told me not to read Eat Right for Your Blood Type but other fitness ppl have told told me it helps lol

You definately want to have you diet on key. If your diet and exercise is right you could do an ECA stack. Or for a natural way: Apple Cider Vin. It does work!

my mom has been following eat right for your type diet for a few years now and she feels awesome. she lost weight, her headaches went away, she had more energy, she used to be super constipated all the time, now she's super regular. i think it has validity. i am the same blood type as she is, so she tells me all the time what and what not to eat. i dont listen for the most part, but pre-contest i listen to her just in case she's right - there's no room for error when you're pre-contest. haha.
it is true that i feel worse when i eat certain things that im not supposed to according to the blood type diet. doctors dont ALWAYS know everything. imo lots of doctors prescribe an expensive medication instead at looking at what else could help - like natural supplements or diet. i say try that diet out for a month, see how you feel.

Here's the thing about eat right for your blood type.....there is very little scientific merit behind it.

I suspect people do well on it because every diet they post for each blood type is healthy. It's simple....eat right and you'll feel better. All the choices are healthy no matter which type you try.

I suspect that if you were type O and tried every other blood type you would still feel great due to good choices of food.

Placebo effect also plays a big part in these type of diets.

Definately no harm in trying it but the scientific research behind it is slim to none.

Kari....you need to post your diet and training....I know you want to lose fat but you seem to be depending on alot of supplements instead of diet and training. You have probably plateaud and we can fix it by switching up training and dieting.

Csyfit is correct.....diet and training.

I have heard great great things about apple cider vinegar as well....I have never tried it myself though.

to raise your metabolism you need cardio, medicine and more muscle. meaning eating more to keep youself from feeling hungry. get to know your body. not everything is known about the body since it is an amazing machine, so its perfectly normal to keep finding the answers.

You are right.....it is normal to be curious about how our body works. Especially people like us who care about our bodys physique and function.

I think we need some real history and stats. If you've just decided yo need to loose weigh and aren't in shape. You need to step back and start by working on planing your training program with a diet that will support energy and muscle building. Once your in good shape and your body is tuned to a higher protein diet you can start calorie restricting an dropping the carbs. Protein is very important so is fiber and fruits and Vegetables. Stay away from carbs as much as possible lose soda and sugary juices. High fruitos corn syrup is your enemy.

Apple cider vinegar is really good for you. Increase your water intake get a good vitamin pack. CLA

your training program should focus on weight lifting a cardio.
