i use to give my gf lipo6 thats the only one i really know that works and is legal but take the darker road and T3 and clen is what i run and fat melts off

This is different with each individual obviously.

get something with these 3 ingredients..... Ephedrine, Caffeine and Asperin.....just take it easy at first and don't take it close to bed or if you have anxiety problems.

smoking cigarettes does that!! Increase stroke volume of the heart, but I would not recommend it.
