she wants to try it, it is safe for her she is 5ft 5 about 180lbs she is 27 and her BF% is high

She has lost a fair bit of weight already im just wondering can i give her this speed things up.

If i can how often and how much amount per time and its like GH isnt it into the fat under the stomach see i have never used it.

Plus i was thinking stacking it with Clen

Any opinions?

No it's not that good of an idea. It's hard to comment on threads like this without sounding rude so please don't take any of this the wrong way. If she weighs that much and has a high body fat then it's her diet and exercise that needs the work. All the steroids in the world won't help because they're not for fat loss but more for toning up and that isn't what she needs. The best thing she can do is go see a nutritionist, get a solid diet and have you take her to the gym and get her exercising. Hit the cardio hard and she will start seeing results. Just remember to tell her that she won't see progress overnight and it takes time so don't get discouraged with it. If she was to take anything I would go se a Doctor and ask about diet pills but if she can follow a diet then they shouldn't be needed. Sorry to say but steroids or anything like that won't help her out in her situation.

I hear you loud and clear i told her, that her BF has to be real low to work properly and that it was her steady eating and layin about that did it

I think shes ready to give it a go she lost 10lbs so far i told her keep going

What about clen maybe then?

Even clen is a bad idea. The best thing to do is naturally diet and train. clen works great for a guy who is already lower in body fat and wants to cut more. Just tell her to forget any type of steroid or any performance enhancing drug exists and to just stick with it. If she already lost 10 lbs then she's on the right track.

Me on the other hand i have to do it for my training and to stay alive but thats it

Id say no matter what i say shes looking for the quick fix as everyone does these days.

put a ring on her finger and she will be doing two-a-days till the wedding day.

if you dont want to do that, become involved with her training as much as possible. work out together, try the same diets and goals together, etc. women are very strong mentally, if they feel like they have some kind of attainable goal that has some significance, they never cease to amaze me.

I am from Louisiana, and trust me, nobody lives to eat more than we do down here. At breakfast we talk about last nights dinner, at lunch we talk about the upcoming dinner. Food is more than just food down here. However, I was able to get my fiancée to get back to her old weight when we first met by becoming involved with her dieting and activities.

Telling her simply what to do caused nothing but trouble. Shit, I have a degree exercise physiology, I can design a exercise and nutrition protocol that would put most "gym trainers" to shame, but that is simply not enough.

I promise you, make training a "together thing" where you spend time with her, the results will be amazing. She will stop thinking she has to go to please you and will look forward to going to be with you.

Other than sex, in the gym is where I enjoy the best time with my fiancée. We cook together and do other stuff together, but in the gym it is like we are both climbing towards the same summit, giving each other a helping hand. It is very rewarding.

This has been a long, emotional post, lol. Thanks clomid.

That makes so much sense instead of tellin and tellin, but she is my sister and we arent that close its just she knows what i do and asked if i could help

I wouldnt want her at my gym with me, shes one of those ones that says god look at that big fat girl and she is one, you know the type

I was only asking on her behalf im not that interested in really helping her fulltime, the main reason is, she says i dont eat that much and i say aye for a herd of horses that annoys me.

I think its a shrink she needs.

And as for the sex thing im not from the deep south lol j/k and even if i was shes a dog lol

B12 injection is what diet doctors give out they sell one for animals online for cheap. I use those and work great. But diet and excercise best to start. Cardio at least 40 minutes every other day. She could build up starting at 20 then next week 25 mins etc etc. Don't have to fast, just push her self a little and drink water! Surprised what time will do.
