Red face Starting anavar tomorrow

I'm starting my cycle tomorrow. I plan on starting at 5mg per day, do you think 2 weeks is long enough before going to 10?

I'll be taking pics at different stages to track my progress. Any advice would be welcome! I also would love to hear personal stories.

I'm excited, but a little nervous. My boyfriend thinks it's stupid, but is being supportive, I've decided not to tell anyone else, since so many people have an attitude about things like this, even though they don't know the facts.

Hi, I just started anavar for the first time as well, yesterday. i started at 5mg. I am posting my cycle progress in the my cycle forum if you wanna check it out. I am only planning one week at 5mg, then going to 10mg for the rest of the cycle. anyway, it will be kinda nice to be starting with someone. You should go post your cycle too. that way i can check it out!

Very cool, I'll go check it out. It will be nice having someone doing this with me!

I was planning on doing 5mg daily for the first 2 weeks, and seeing how I felt. I wasn't planning on going over 15, at least not right now.

I was looking a maybe a 12 week cycle. It's a little confusing sometimes.

You might find 5mg doesnt do much for you. my wife has run 2 var cycles and both times got up over 20mg a day.

I don't think I've been on it long enough to know. I feel more energetic, and I felt great in the gym last night, but that may be in my head! :-)

I was 210 (maybe more) when I started to diet, got down to 160, but then I started with the weights. I'm a bit over weight still, but not badly.

I think 5 will be too little, but I thought it best to take it slow, just to be on the safe side. What is your wifes cycle like? I was looking at going to 15 over 3 months.

I know the risks are fairly low, but there are still risks.

i have only been on it for a couple days...and i dont know but i feel VERY tired. more than usual, i mean - i am hitting the gym heavy for 6 days a week, but im usually not this tired. i get 10 hours of sleep every night so im well rested and never feel too dragged out until friday or so. not sure if it has anything to do with anavar. anyone else feel more tired after starting?

You might be sleeping too much. I get between 6-8 hours most nights, and today I woke up 45 min before my alarm, and actually felt like getting up.

How much time do you spend in the gym? I do about 2 hours 4 or 5 days a week, and I do a dance class once a week.

I'm feeling a little more awake if anything.

Maybe someone else will know more.

i have always gotten around 8-10 each night for a long time. last couple nights i got 10. i spend about an hour and a half at most each day doing weights. i superset lots. i also dance once a week thats funny.
im doing my cardio in the morning - just the bike for about 30 min before i get ready for work. then weights in the evening.
you know, it might be because i went from a 5x4 workout, to a 5x5?? i dont know. maybe im weird.

My wife is 5-8 and 145lbs. She usually runs 20mg-25mg day for 30-40 days max as thats about the point she starts getting some clitoral enlargement. On a lower dose you could probably go a little longer though without that side effect.

with this being your first cycle i wouldnt go above 10mg. I am on my third and still dont go above 10mg a day. From what i read your not really want to body build ..just lean out..so i would just stick with that. I was like you girls i had a baby two years ago on top of it all a c-section. I weight 240 and i have been working out and eating clean for a year and a half. I am 6ft and weight 140 and most of it is muscle and i now first time in my life have abs. var is great stick with it and dont let anyone talk you into test because it is cheaper. I learned a lesson. Just make sure you eat clean and lots of water. Cardio and Weights too its amazing what your body will do. You will get there.
