Ok maybe I need to post more info about myself to get some Hellos. I am 6ft weigh 170 have been working out with weights for about 6 months. I am 45 and feel better than I ever have. I've always done cardio, but love weights. I've seen such a change in my body it's amazing. Get so much info off this board. I am on other boards, but this one is great. Hope to meet new friends.
